Some of the stuff there is over my head and some stuff is fake IMO. The stuff about how solar activity effects hurricanes seems to have a ring of truth to it. I remember that a few moths ago a Dr.Somethign or Other was on this site and provided some really interesting info on this very subject. I will try and dig it up.

The cane they use on MSNBC is Isabell. Although when katrina was 175mph both storms looks very very similar with the annular look. Btw I just pay attention to Contessa brewer. Shes teh hots. :wink:

I saw the mesovortices in Ivan and Dennis,very scary. I saw glimpses of mesovortices with Katrina but I didn't get a clear picture of "the pentagram". Hearing that Katrina was 175mph sustained and 200mph gusts was scary enough with out looking at her and her big spooky eye.
No doubt these mesovortices are associtated with the most powerful hurricanes and a "sign" that destruction is on the way and to evacuate if I am in the cone. Thus the pentagram shape scares me as much as being under the shadow of the forecast cone.

The Pentagram does not represent Satan as those who wear it frequently do not believe in Satan or the Devil but rather that evil comes from within us. In old Christian times, many believed that the that the five points represented the Five Wounds of Christ-about as far from Satan as you can get.

Browsed through the site a bit, not very credible IMO, they cited 2 articles on the Russian garbage about Katrina and some US Government conspiracy, somehow the hurricane is Bush's fault too now.....puhleeze....

You haven't heard??? Bush caused the Tsunami to punish countries who didn't support us... and he personally broke the levees to kill all those black people...

Interestingly the weather radar stations picked up a major radar anomoly over New Orleans on August 18th, 2005, which shows a huge vortex swirl pattern precisely in the region where hurricane Katrina would set in some 11 days later.... The vortex pattern already indicated an anomolous weather, which was not evident at the time — this was 11 days BEFORE hurricane Katrina.

That is a really interesting site

It's clearly a glitch either in the radar itself, or in the display software. I've seen it happen with other radar sites as well, and nothing bad ever happened there. But you never know, I could just be part of the consipiracy that is covering up anomalous radar images to mislead the public about the Bush administration's heinous control of the weather for political gain.
