Think I'll call my parents down there and see what they are doing and make sure they are preparing.
That's a very wise idea. I personally believe there's a very good chance Ophelia will become a major hurricane (cat-3) before landfall.....and there's a high likelyhood landfall will occur somewhere between St Simons Island, GA and Myrtle Beach.
