Shouldn't this be the Old Farmers Alamanc forecast instead of the Accu-Weather?

That would mean four winters in a row in NYC that are severe. What happened to regression to the mean?

Yipee!! If it is going to be winter it might as well really be winter! There is nothing worse than cold and grey with out snow. I hate slush. Bring on the squeaky snow!
