Caribbean potential ?
Posted for comments/discussion: I've noticed models CMC,GFS,NOGAPS, and UKM all demonstrate a low on the 850mb runs developing around 15N/50W. The GFS, NOGAPS, and UKM also pick this up on the sea level pressure runs.
