could be - CNN just had a breaking news report that the Owners of flooded St. Rita's Nursing Home where 34 patients were left to die were charged with homicide according to the Louisiana Attorney General.

Next in line should be FEMA's former head and any number of other officials who seemed to twiddle their thumbs while Rome burned. :roll:

Certainly it could be true. I'd say it's likely.

And it's certainly a tough ethical issue - which is worse ... leaving someone to die in agony, or giving them drugs which take away that agony but cause them to die sooner? I can't say I wouldn't have done the same, I don't know.

This is correct. I was listening to the local radio when they interviewed him. The 2 people who abandoned the patients will be charged with 34 counts of homicide.
