LOL. Maybe we could have a special edition with all of the survivors telling their stories of Katrina (and Ophelia)-hopefully no others. That would be a book and a collector's item at that.

Good idea. I was going to eventually make a thread asking if anyone wanted to share their stories. I figured there would be plenty and I've already had a few people mention it. You can PM me with your stories or anyone else on the newsletter staff who replies that they're available to receive them. Some are doing clean-up.

I love it! Thank you for letting me be a part of the newspaper and writing my story. Actually, I am thinking about going back to school and majoring in journalism. So, this is a start! I always loved to write even as a small child.
