Britney Spears

OH, BOY!: Britney Spears gave birth to a baby boy Wednesday afternoon, according to an US Weekly report. The first-time mom delivered the child via Caesarean section at the Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center in California. At the pop princess' side was hubby Kevin Federline, who has two children from a previous relationship. No name for the baby was immediately announced, but we're guessing it won't be Justin.

Well, there are Britneyites jumping off of tall buildings here in Scottsdale...since everyone had prepared for her to bring her little bundle of joy into the world right down the street from me....and instead, she decided to make the magic happen in California.

Not since Mike Tyson jumped on the hood of a car in the lot of a local night club have local fans been so depressed.

I had big plans to rent out my house to the paparazzi for $5000 a week while she was in the neighborhood.

Seriously...the little guy is as innocent today as he will ever be the rest of his life. Starting tomorrow, he wears those low rider diapers.

I really do hope he is loved deeply.

I heard on the radio earlier this week that she wanted a section. Her mom told her how much labor hurt. I thought she was supposed to film her birth for her doofus show?????

OMG - yeah honey, a C-section is a piece of cake.....never had one but I've had 2 abdominal surgeries that were not fun to recover from. My post-op nurses kept asking, well have you had a C-section....when I'd say no, they'd say then you have nothing to compare your pain too.

Sure a C-section is a picnic - NOT!

Helen - thought of you immediately when I heard she had the baby. Maybe you can answer me, how did the rumor get started she was carrying twins? Was it b/c she was so big? Or b/c she bared her stomach so much? he he

Okay, enough of being rather mean....I'll ~try~ to be nice now.

Hey now, that is something positive to focus on!!!! My thanks to her OB/GYN doc.....we need to send him a plate of cookies or caramel popcorn Dennis! She asked and he complied.....

But she'll probably have plastic surgery if it leaves a nasty scar.....

Man oh man, I said I was gonna be nice today....LOL

There oughta be a law against celebs naming their own kids.

His first name is William, his middle name is Shake.

Obviously there are conflicting reports on the name:

From CNN:

Reports suggest that they will call the baby either London Preston or Preston Michael. Her top name for a girl was Addison Shye.

And Fox News says:
As far as names go, Spears recently told Elle magazine that for a boy she loves the names Sean Preston or London Preston.

Us Weekly's sources had the singer set on Preston Michael Spears Federline.
