CAN THE WAVE NEAR PUERTO RICO BECOME A PROBLEM??

seems to me that this wave near puerto rico has a big chance in growing stronger in a few days once ophelia moves further away high pressure will build over it.i live in homestead all of the mets down here are talking about it this wave coming towards southflorida in a few days, my question is giving the time of the year and if conditions become right can this develope more then antisapated??iIF ANYBODY HAS MODEL LINKS OR INFO ON THIS PLEASE SEND IT TO ME THANKS.
