Rita will be the one to cool the carribean waters, cat 5, giving a major scare to S. Fla before hooking right and giving the outer banks a healthy brush as a Cat 3, as she churns out to sea......

1 or 2 more I think, but doesn't "Major Hurricane" begin at Category 3? Would be something if it were Wilma
