Any major snow events around the Great Lakes? (Not exactly sure how the almanac works)

I keep hearing about the Northeast. I'd like to know if the Ohio Valley is expecting a cold, snowy winter or will precip be light again, with above average temps?

That info is just too broad! Covering weeks in one sentence.

The Ohio Valley is sure due for a cold, snowy winter. Especially my area which missed every storm last year.

According to the Farmer's Almanac....the OH Valley won't see anything significant.

Precipitation will be near or a bit below normal, with much-above-normal snowfall in the northeast and near-normal snowfall elsewhere.

Not that I take heart to Almanac predictions though.

I think the Ohio Valley is going to see precipitation very much above normal this year, but it won't all be snow. I expect the baroclinic zone coming out of the south central plains to slice right through this region. This will bring plenty of moisture for heavy snow north of tracks, and heavy rain south.

Just waiting for the big snow here in ohio.Last year i got the big ice storm while other parts of the state basked in heavy snow.
