Invest 96E

18/1200 UTC 14.6N 113.1W T2.5/2.5 96E -- East Pacific Ocean

So 96E in the Pacific has gotten numbers high enough to upgrade it to a storm. NHC mentions the possibility that this will engulf TS Lidia, but last year a storm namd Lisa had a fight with another unnamed or numbered disturbance to her NW. Any thoughts on what might happen here?
