bryan norcross said he believes this storm may be trying to form further north he said there is some spin located more close to the thunderstorms futher north he said he wouldn't be suprised if the track got shifted more north ? he also said sometimes the low level center may jump north were the thunderstorms are located so clearly the affects to miami dade are unknown at this time? opinons?
