changes will be made from Rita to 18 after the RAINEX briefing, if NHC does not upgrade. I am in a very big hurry and have to get these out now

Great Work Derek, I agree regarding the intensity. In spite of some low shear at the moment, the air is extremely dry over the gulf, so I too don't expect anything other than a weak cat 3 at best. ... Glad someone else agrees with me :)
