From the Department of Redundancy Department: "Tomorrow morning" and "tomorrow afternoon" is Tuesday. ;)

That said, I'll go conservatively and say tomorrow morning.

Tough question. I went with tomorrow afternoon. Though, Rita could have just been spending today getting her act together. Then tonight could mean a decent amount of strengthening. I'm going for a healthy looking eye tomorrow afternoon/evening, and formation throughout the morning.
