No we do not.

I expected the SW to be the most intense quad based upon the convective pattern

All RECON reports are mainly from measurements of FLIGHT-LEVEL winds, which vary from surface winds.

No. That doesn't equate to a cane when reduced, plus Derek believes the SW is the strongest so the NE wouldn't have any higher winds.

I saw that  :D

But, yes, the 67 kts is in the SW which is the strongest per Derek's belief, and that reduces down to 53.6 kts or 61 mph.

67 kts is at flight level and doesn't support a hurricane... need something over 70 kt, maybe even 80 kt with the 80% reduction for a hurricane...

No, its 90%. When did we see 76 kt FL winds in a vortex? At 80% 76 kts supports 60 kts.

We haven't... 67 kt IS the highest we've seen so far at flight level(62 kt got the 70 mph at 2pm).
