Is it wrong that I'm glued to my monitor?

Storm2K in September is kinda like crack.

BTW, I'm not being blase -- I know that this is a storm with some potentially terrible consequences. But wow, do I ever do a lotta browser refreshes on the Talkin' Tropics forum in September.

I have seen my monitor more than my girlfriend lately. She's not liking it one bit.

See I try and keep my exsorsize up while obsesivly refreshing the forum during a hurricain , thus I right click , select the menue item refresh. I figure the extra calorie I burn doing that instead of resting my finger on f5 adds up after a few hundred clicks.

I figure if the Saints win tonight we'll be in the clear. They're losing 21-10 right now

I know how you feel. I'm ashamed to admit to others that I get insanely addicted to tracking major hurricanes.

Yup, my wife used to really get pissed off at me. Then I realized I could just turn off the monitor and the storm is still there when I get back.
