For the first time in recorded history 2 category 5 hurricanes form in the Gulf of Mexico in the same season.

not to mention emily was possibly a cat 5 for a brief time just on the other side of cuba from the gulf that is kind strange and hopefully are good buddy el nino comes back next year!
