3. Under 'CHART' scroll down to 'sfc temp, wind, sfc prs' and select.
4. select the hour interval in the green zone. 18z product only goes to 78.

On the composite model map above, it actually looks like a bullseye on Freeport...SW of Galveston...but with a monster of Rita's girth, the distance is academic.

Actually, if the eye hits at Freeport and from all indications the eye will be huge and up to 30 miles wide, Galveston County will be in the northern eyewall, with the strongest winds and surge. Likewise, much of Harris County will be in the northern eye wall. It's pretty much the worst case scenario.
