Yeah, it's been holding steady long before the black out, just want it there for comparison to measurement, then see what it estimates after the black out, compared to the RECON.

It's not up a mb. The 897 was an extrapolation, i.e., a guess. The rapid intensification has definitely stopped though.

This is a dropsonde that was just dropped into the eye recorded that 899mb pressure. I believe it also says surface winds were at 35kts, so it could be even lower that probably around 897mb.
