LA Warnings??
4am Advisory is confusing. Indicates a TS Warning for SE LA., then indicates a TS Watch east of the Hurricane Watch. They sent out a correction, but still does not make sense.

Hurricane Watch... Port Mansfield TX to Intracoastal City LA.
Tropical Storm Warning... Morgan City LA to the mouth of the Mississippi River.
Tropical Storm Watch... Intracoastal City LA to Morgan City LA, and, Port Mansfield TX to Rio San Fernando Mexico.
So one would assume there is some coastal area between Intracoastal City and Morgan City LA which is under a TS Watch but between a Hurricane Watch and TS Watch, i guess either because the SE Louisiana coast pushs out into the GOM a little bit, or because they may come under a Hurricane Warning later
