New numbers as of 15:45UTC 25.56'N 88.81'W
________________16:45UTC 25.61'N 88.96'W
________________17:15UTC 25.67'N 89.06'W NHC@2:00PM 25.5N 89.2W

I get those cors.(NHC) using S eyewall and W eyewall.When I do mine I use the center.The NHC's latest I believe are a recon fix these are the best.

That's pretty close to NW. The VORTEX at 1449 was 25.18/88.38, so that equates to .38/.43.

11am (EDT): 24.5 N 88.7 W
2pm (EDT): 25.5 N 89.2 W

1 degree N, and only .5 W

WOW...its not moving NW...its moving WNW..... .1N and .5W in 3 hours...not sure what degrees that is...maybe 280 or so??

I still have not heard much from anyone here...no-one seems concerned. It's really odd...In BR before Katrina people were raiding the stores, etc. For Rita it's business as usual. The problem is that BR is going to be on the East side of this thing whereas we were on the west side of Katrina...that's some backwards thinking by people here. I just don't get it.
