RITAS EYE!!
Somebody help me out with this. How come Rita hasn't gotten her eyewall together yet since she first started her eyewall replacement cycle yesterday? Could it be she was so strong with such a low pressure that she has not been able to get a handle on things since she peaked out. Someone give me some good info on this. It's very interesting and good news for everyone that she has weakened so quick overnight.
