Did the NHC track shift slightly east?

Did the NHC track shift slightly east?
Don't flame me please, but can someone verify if the NHC track shifted ever so slightly East?

Yet it's LA that will feel most of this storm.
Well the NHC Cone always had Louisiana in it. If the residents didn't pay attention I blame the local officials and the local media.
