My nephew is a Hydro Engineer that the Gov called in to inspect bridges after Katrina (he has not even gotten to Rita yet).
He sent me photos of a Biloxi, Ms bridge dive he did but it is a PDF file.
If someone tells me how to post a PDF I would be glad to show them.
