Looks like the ULL over Florida hung around long enough to pull this thing north of 17.

Ridge is just starting to build in the upper atmosphere which will eventually pull this west or WNW.

Looks like a divergent pattern that will enhance outflow short term.

Unfortunately the same comments were made about Katrina before she developed and we ALL know what she ended up being. I'm NOT saying this disturbance will do the same but you just NEVER know.

Anyone notice the cloud spin north of the Caymans and south of Cuba? It's well-removed from the convection...maybe just an eddy...

IF a llc is to be found it seems to be more north of where the NHC puts it. Looks to be about 50-75 miles south of the Caymans. My confidence in thinking this could ramp up is getting low. Either that or Im just plain impaitent.

Isn't an eddy in the actual water not in the atmosphere? Can you see an eddy from satelitte images? Thought you had to look at water maps to find them. Just wondering.

It looks like a cluster of storms but I just don't see any spin. It's like these cluster of storms pop up during the heating of the day and die out then form somewhere else the next day, just frustrating.

What I mean by frustrating is that this system needs to form into something or just dissapate.The waiting for this thing to do something is the frustrating part that's all.
