Here are photos from another co-worker whose family lives in Beaumont. I am sure SG had the same type of damage from Rita.

Thanks ... my in-laws live in Beaumont near this area and this is the first I have seen of it. I appreciate you posting this tremendously.

My MIL said that the park close to their house, which had a lot of large trees, looks like a bomb went off.

uggg awful :cry: but there is a hurricane recovery and aftermath section where these topics should go...........

i hope everyone will recover as quickly as possible....my thoughts and prayers are with yall
