I think it could, actually. No one replied to me, but I mentioned in either the 93L thread or earlier in this thread about Tammy and 93L possibly being close enough to enact the Fujiwhara effect on each other. If that happened, then Tammy's remnants would travel clockwise, meaning back to the southwest and south.
Any other opinions on this, or am I crazy? I admit it's an unlikelihood.

i heard one rumble of thunder in the past 3 days.......so i think it just has a mass load of rain in it..
