10:30pm TWO:
THE LOW PRESSURE AREA ASSOCIATED WITH THE TROPICAL WAVE LOCATED
ABOUT 1450 MILES EAST OF THE SOUTHERN WINDWARD IS WELL ORGANIZED
AND IS MOVING WESTWARD ABOUT 15 TO 20 MPH. THIS SYSTEM APPEARS TO
BE DEVELOPING AND UPPER LEVEL WINDS ARE FORECAST TO BECOME
FAVORABLE FOR ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT.-

Looking like V unless 93L does something dramatic soon.

When I made the poll earlier today the majority voted for 93L to develop first as a TD but now things haved changed and all indications are that 94L will be a TD fairly soon maybe by tommorow.

See sky how only a few hours change things bigtime.
That is why I always not vote rapidly when a poll is made and wait a few hours to then vote because in the tropics anything can happen and the dynamics are in a constant change.
