Satellite shows a well defined cirualtion forming moving along the northern Cuba coast. Earlier this year I would be going crazy for a upgrade of it. Data from surface buoys show it is at the surface. This could get interesting.

Yup.
For those who don't know, Tampa Bay had its hottest and driest summer
on record; heavy rains today though added some good soaking.
Thankfully it is just rain and there is no wind or
surge to worry about
