THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN JACKSONVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...
SOUTHEASTERN GLYNN COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST GEORGIA
THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...ST. SIMONS AND JEKYLL ISLAND.

* UNTIL 1045 AM EDT

* AT 1008 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
DEVELOPING TORNADO NEAR JEKYLL ISLAND...MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
ST. SIMONS BY 1030 AM EDT
SEA ISLAND BY 1035 AM EDT
LITTLE ST. SIMONS ISLAND BY 1045 AM EDT

HEAVY RAINFALL MAY OBSCURE THIS TORNADO OR WATERSPOUT. WATERSPOUTS
COMMING ONSHORE ARE CAPABLE OF DOING DAMAGE. PERSONS ON JEKYLL...
SAINT SIMONS AND SEA ISLANDS SHOULD SEEK SHELTER NOW.

OR YOUR COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT...OR YOU CAN CALL THE NATIONAL
