is it just me or are the remnants of Tammy in the gulf beginning to spin up?

It's just you!!!
Just kidding!!!
There is a definite spin. I am not able to tell whether it is at the surface or a mid-level spin. Whatever it is will be riding up the trough as it continues moving into the SE. Doesn't look like it will have time to develop into anything while in the GOM. Not saying it can't, but that it probably won't.

I think it could, actually. No one replied to me, but I mentioned in either the 93L thread or earlier in this thread about Tammy and 93L possibly being close enough to enact the Fujiwhara effect on each other. If that happened, then Tammy's remnants would travel clockwise, meaning back to the southwest and south.

I'm right on the Susquehanna in Harrisburg but 5 floors up...not expecting a flood like last year though. I didn't live here then...but if it ever got that high again I'll probably leave just in case.

Not trying to rain on your parade, but actually the charts yesterday AM already showed a low in the GOM and Tammy's remants separately in GA which got picked up and pushed north; the low in the GOM is a different low that drew in some of Tammy's energy, but "Tammy" got picked-up.
