Windrunner, even though it's not "organized", that doesn't mean it won't hurt anyone. I know you were referring to hurricane-type dangers, and I agree with you there. However, a large system like this killed 2000 people in Haiti/DR last year due to flash floods and mudslides. Boats presumably on lee shores will find themselves windward tonight. Marine warning has urged all boats to return to port and stay until Tuesday. Being a rainy Sunday, not everyone will know about it. Let's hope before the weather becomes too dangerous for a dingy that everyone gets properly tied down, else they'll be out there in the mess, in the dark, trying to save their boat from damage. And that's when accidents happen.

Yes, I am aware of the danger from the conditions in the Carribean, and as you pointed out, I was refering to the lack of danger from the entire complex of features, as they will appear like this for such a short time and not become anything. The cold front that forms the west side of the storm has brought a ton of rainfall to us in the east, but causing some damage as well, and the system that forms the south side with the very strong convection is causing much more rain and damage then some TCs do. I'm glad that you could see what I was refering to, but I'm sorry for not thinking a little more before posting such a thought.
