Just plain confused -what is this, where the heck's it goin?

is this TD22, AL95 & is it headed toward Chesapeake/Norfolk area?

it certainly looks impressive, but is it just a pretty face?

It's actually an upper level low... it was TD 22 yesterday but not anymore. Yes... it will be close to the coast and will probably spread some rain up the Eastern Seaboard(and they don't need it)

you got that right. I reported 10.5 inches of rain from Friday night through Sunday morning. 30-40% of Keene is under water. luckily we live on the higher side of Keene but we still got some mighty erosion from streets becoming rivers.
