Shear is lessening; latest TWO stipulates that development will
be slow to occur--- a change from the unfavorable shear described
yesterday. The Shear is still there, but it is lessening.

This thing has really flared up and bears watch.

Bears watch- certainly

the good news is that rapid intensification is not anticipated at this
time

But with slow development possible, my eyes will be on the
Carribean this week.

Caribbean is west of the Lesser Antilles(the island chain from just east of Puerto Rico to the coast of South America) and south of Hispanola(Haiti/The Dominican Republic/Puerto Rico/Virgin Islands).

I love Virgin Gorda, where you can take a walk from a beach on Atlantic Ocean to a beach on the Caribbean Sea in about 20 minutes...and at one high point, see each on either side.
