CBS2 NYC Weather Watcher Program

#1 Postby Jeffweather » Mon Oct 10, 2005 12:06 pm

Hello All,

CBS2 in New York City is starting a weather watcher program. We need volunteers who live in/near the Tri-state Area to participate. Volunteers would e-mail the CBS2 weather department with weather observations from their town especially in interesting weather situations like snow, rain, cold snaps, etc...
If you are interested please send an e-mail to...

cbs2weather@hotmail.com

Once you have sent us an e-mail we will respond with more information about the program. Please give us about a week to respond to your inquiry.

Thanks for your help!

Jeff,

I wondered where you went after you left Tampa. You got out just in time to miss all of our hurricane excitement in Florida. :D

Like Rainband, I'm a wee too far away from you to be useful to your wx watcher program, but glad to "see" you here on S2k.

Jeff,

I lived in Middletown, NY for 2 1/2 years and enjoyed watching then Frank Field on CBS2 and also his son Storm Field on WABC7! :)

Sorry but I can't help you either.
