I dont think the trough is going to move her out quikly. Also by the time she reaches near the tip of cuba, thats where she'll intensify a lot and I think thats the time the environment will be perfect for rapid intensification, then Once Wilma gets further north into the Gulf of Mexico, shear increases as a upper-level trough of low pressure generates strong westerly winds over Wilma. This shear will likely reduce Wilma's winds by at least 20 mph.
