U.S. to raise terror threat level to "high" from "elevated" in wake of attacks abroad and increased intelligence "chatter," government sources tell CNN.

Ever feel like a Yo-Yo? Talk about your no-win situation. If they have information and don't raise the threat then we yell if something happens. If they raise the threat level and nothing happens we yell. I opt for the warning....
