I wasn't expecting to see one of the most intense storms of all time to form out of Wilma, lots of crow for me tonight

I'm totally shocked. I went to sleep less than 5 hours ago, got up to check Storm2K, and am thunderstruck by the intensification. Did anyone, pro met or amateur, predict a Cat 5, especially at this point, and if not, why not?

I'm sure we'll see some of the amateurs who predict an explosive Cat 5 for every storm claim they were right. :wink:

i happen to be one of them this storm has low shear hot jacuzzi water then BOOM :blowup: CAT 5
