No change from the past advisory as the winds are kept at 35 kts or 40 mph.Slow strenghening is expected but dont expect to see Andres get to hurricane status as shear will increase in 72 hours.

Looks like Andres is beginning to fire some convection over the last hour. The strongest is still north of the LLC but it's great having a storm to watch! :-)

Andres will grow in intensity but not to cane status as I said in the forecast because cooler waters will begin to weaken it by 72 hours.Yes mf it is interesting to watch it neverless it will be demised in a few days.

Although there has been a burst of convection Andres is moving into cooler waters and also the shear will increase as it moves more west so the bottomline is that Andres will be downgraded at some point this weekend.

I agree his time is limited.. It has gained back some of its convection on the last 5 frames here, but like you said.. rough times ahead
