It's got about 12-24 hours to develop in a favorable area. It might look pretty good. Then it's going to get smacked hard by Wilma's outflow, and stay down for a few days. It might develop in the W Caribbean - depends on what the upper level high Wilma will leave behind does.

I guess I can say now that this has a lot of convection but everyone is all about wilma so can't really get any info on this.

Joe Bastardi was on Fox the other night and he said Wilma would be the last hurricane, i haven't heard TWC say anyting in reference to it's over.
