http://www.csgnetwork.com/windchillcalc.html

50 degrees with a wind of 35mph = wind chill of 27
50 degrees with a wind of 40mph = wind chill of 26

Alright, now we just need the hurricanes to start pumping out snow :p

We need another Halloween Storm! heh

Wow, it is going to get COLD after this passes. We haven't been used to these temps since early May, and after a hot summer... wow. Factor in 40 mph winds, and its going to feel like Christmas :D . Wilma is sure a nice way to end summer and bring about winter.

shouldn't we expect wind chill warnings for the state on Mon. night/Tues.

temps in the 40s to 50s with NW winds at 25-35 mph?

My guess is there's no need because people aren't going to be outside in those near-tropical storm conditions with heavy rain.

Going to be quite hypothermic outside. 55 out, raining, strong wind. Thats how winter should be.

Would you mind explaining why? It's not exactly normal to be outside in TS conditions.

LOL, you guys are making yourselves look like wimps to just about everyone else in the country who routinely experience temperatures much colder than the wind chills that Florida will experience after the passage of Wilma.  Wind chills in the 20s and 30s require advisories?! LOL
