Miss Mary wrote:Brent - couldn't we just have Rex appear in the shower and Bree blurt out - I had the strangest dream.....LOL I don't think Dallas will ever live down having a former, beloved character come back by using that ploy. I accepted it b/c we got Bobby Ewing back in the deal but writing off a whole season as a dream was pretty lame. I still just don't want to believe Rex is gone!

I cannot rule that out... in fact, there's a rumor that there will be an episode sometime this season(not anytime soon) about when each of the housewifes moved to Wisteria Lane, which would obviously have Rex in it.

Well a lot of people have been busy with the hurricane...

I haven't looked at the spoilers much today, there was nothing new on spoilerfix yesterday though. I think I'm going to HATE Bree after tonight.

By hooking up, does that mean what I think it means? If so, I think we will hear Duckie gagging all the way from Galveston and saying - nooooooo! Picture Darth Vader here in the Sith.....oops, yeah I got into SW movies a bit too much this past summer. LOL

I just hope Bree kisses the swarmy little man and that's all! That's ~too much~ if you ask me!

Either Paul or Zach has gotten the HUGE pile of mail... I'm betting on Paul since he was "coming back when we would least expect it"

Paul confronts Susan?

Oh and Susan and Mike are getting married. 8-)

It's a repeat next week.

But 4 straight new episodes beginning in 2 weeks. :D

Oh and I almost forgot... Gabrielle and the new lawyer get caught in a firefight at the prison. The preview ends with a gun being fired towards them. STUPID CLIFFHANGERS. :grr:

Dang that DH timeslot......grrrr, it runs over each week beyond the hour. And I keep forgetting to add a few more minutes to the DVR recording.

So I missed some good promo's huh? Wow!

Brent, you fill CM in. You're good at that. I am surprised the Applewhite mystery was revealed this early on. What they're doing is unethical and wrong, but now it fits. But she talks to her son as if he isn't her son though. That part is confusing.

ABC will have a big recap up on their website in the morning, but the basics:

Bree finds out about the note Rex wrote and gets very upset(this is near the end). The last scene is the reburial with the other women, only she buries him elsewhere and throws her ring into the grave.

The Applewhite mystery... we find out the guy in the basement attacked a woman in Chicago "4 months ago" and that he's mentally disturbed. They see on the news that someone has been arrested, but it's the wrong person. Betty writes a letter to the police telling them she knows who killed this girl, she goes to feed the guy and tells him about it and says "if I'm going to let you out of here, you've got to fess up". So... while she's down there, Matthew finds the letter and wants to know what's going on, she comes out of the basement, leaves the door unlocked and they argue. The guy comes to the door where he can hear them and is just about to ready to come out when Matthew says "if they try them, they will get him because they won't buy that he is slow, they will execute him". The guy gets frightened, turns around, and goes back to his hole.

Susan doesn't tell Mike about seeing Zach, but she tells Julie. Her main plot involves a friend who stole money from his clients(including her). He wants her to join him in a book club type thing but she refuses, that was not very interesting.

Gabrielle sees the new lawyer's true intention(to seduce her), so he goes to meet Carlos. He says "yes, I'm interested in sleeping with your wife" but he says he will only do if he's not hired. If he's hired, then she's off-limits. Gabrielle says "That guy is crazy" and then Carlos hires him.

Lynette's boss talks her into accompanying her to the bars to pick up men. Well after about the 5th night in a row(and the boss getting all the attention), Lynette gets creative, she takes off some of her clothes and starts dancing, and then gets drunk, thus stealing the spotlight. The boss finally has enough and Lynette's plan worked.

and finally...(I think)

Paul Young returns.

Great job Brent! Only, you missed the part where Susan's friend is actually her agent. He's seen her thru her a lot, drove her to the hospital when she was in labor with Julie, Karl no where around to be seen, then when he leaves her, her agent helps her pay the rent. Even goes on a vacation with her. He asks her out to lunch, saying he's leaving the firm, will she go with him (as a client). She said sure, let me call them in the morning. No need but Susan finds that odd. Turns out the agent has been embezzelling accounts, (sp?), it eventually comes out that he took from Susan but returned the money. So she's not out money, just out an agent. In the end she says no I can't go with you, and then says I'll be your friend still. The agent kisses her, which she finds shocking. She runs out of there, contract in hand. The importance of this storyline is when her agent relates how one lie leads to another, at first you think what is the harm in one, then another, then you're in so deep, you don't know what to do. It becomes a way of life. Susan is listening the entire time, thinking about what Mike is going to do when he learns she sent Zach away. The agent's wife and kids left him too. He's the shell of a man Susan once loved, as a friend. His story isn't that important, flashbacks are shown, but clever ploy to get Susan to own up to what she did. Let's see if she does! Her antics are boring to me though. Not as boring as Gabby though. That is one twisted marriage!

That too.

Oh and I will say in the preview shots Gabrielle doesn't look pregnant AT ALL. I still think she loses the baby... but how I do not know.

Lynette is so smart. One way to have her boss stop making her go out is to become the competition. She did an excellent job and I bet that boss will never ask her to go out with her again. That new attorney is HOT!!!

Brent - I suspect Gabby will lose the baby too, b/c she doesn't seem to care. If she does, watch her feel so guilty. And then want a baby...... But if they have her continue with the pregnancy, it will be fun to watch her change diapers, deal with spit up, feed a child creamed spinach. Wait, she'll just hire a nanny for those 'job's....poor kid. Yep, something tells me she will lose it too.

That Lynnette - so smart. Loved how she put her boss in her place. And all b/c that guy hit on her! Which made her try and justify why she was out in a pick up bar in the first place.

Next new episode on November 6th, from Spoilerfix:

10/24 - While Gaby tries to spring Carlos from jail, Michael and Susan face a crisis in their relationship, and Susan's mother (Lesley Ann Warren) returns, as does Paul Young. Meanwhile, Bree's horrified about her feelings for George. David Bradley: Adrian Pasdar. Nina Fletcher: Joely Fisher.

I guess Mike finds out about the Zach thing. Susan's mother=Ugh. Bree horrified about her feelings??? Hmmmm....
