That was a pretty neat memorial. But it got me to crying once again.

Indeed, he also just posted a nasty picture in a topic (now deleted) entitled "Wilma heading back toward East Coast?????"
See here: http://img473.imageshack.us/img473/3695 ... dal8zn.jpg

EDIT: He got the ban, yay.

Its just some idiot trying to attract attention to himself (which is why he has flooded the board with posts). Ignore it until everything is deleted, which will be soon. He's already gone.

Well I missed all that, but it is really unbelievable how heartless people can be. No one deserves to have done to them what Katrina did.

About the tribute, it was very moving, and it is still hard for me to believe that this really happened. God bless all who had to endure Katrina. It will never be forgot.

Great tribute. Wow. We are some of the few lucky ones who have our power back after Wilma (in Homestead) but this really reminds you how bad it can be. How quickly we forget and get wrapped up in our own circumstances.

Great tribute. Too bad it only shows NOLA. Here on the MS coast the damage is also horrible and the devastation is great!
I would love to see someone do one for the MS coast alone too. We feel we are forgotten here at times as everyone focuses on NOLA. I am grieving for NOLA too since it was my home for 18 years and my house--and son are still there.
  :cry

Also. The creep that posted the racists comment needs to be banned. I am sure the mods have taken care of this already though and I am really glad to see the original message was removed. Thanks Mods! :

I agree, this tribute was really beautiful. Though I've never been to New Orleans or Mississippi before, it still hurts even now to even think about what happened down there. I cannot imagine going through what those people have gone through.

And the racist comments, well I have a guess as to whodunit, but he/she will remain anonymous. And mods, thank you for banning that person again.

Again, very nice tribute!

Word.

Nice montage. I did ok until the one that had the roof with "DANA , BERT IS OK, (heart) YOU" on it. :( I would love to have a copy of the picture of the couple who appear to be dancing on a roof.

Since the offending post was removed, it would be nice to see it edited out of the replies, too.
