Beta Track Unusual?

#1 Postby Anonymous » Fri Oct 28, 2005 10:55 am

Climatology in October or November shows that a track originating from that far south is typically something like this:::

The closest track typical of Beta from an October/November Hurricane might be this one:::

Of course, Hurricane Season 2005 doesn't give two cares about Climatology.

Didn't Keith (2001?) form in this region and take a path similar to Beta's?

Looks like 2... one in extreme southern FL, and one in extreme northeastern FL.

How can it be possible we are discussing hurricane *Beta* ?

How can it be possible that Florida has had 8 hurricanes in 15 months?

How can it be possible that this year we have seen the 1st, 4th and 6th lowest pressure hurricanes in recorded history?
