Anyone notice the "post reply" and "new topic" buttons got switched, without the actual links changing?

I also just noticed that there isn't the usual way to get out to the forum index directly from any page (the place1>>place2>>place3 thing). I guess you have to use the jump to selection at the bottom, unless I'm missing something.
