Trick or Treater dressed as a Hurricane Shutter!!!

I just opened the door to a group of Trick or Treaters and one kid's costume was a storm pannel!! Just a sign of the times....... 8-)

But, tonight is also a sad night for me, my grandpa died 4 years ago on this night at 8:05 P.M., October 31, 2001, the first night with a full moon for, what, I think 60 some years...?

yeah, i had a girl that just came to the door...

She and her friends all wore things related to the hurricane. One said hurricane wilma survior, with torn shirt and pants... one had fake branches attatched to her, and the other was a shutter.... lol

Too funny...

Last year at work one of my co-workers dressed up as a blue roof...Another dressed as an FPL worker... :lol:

I don't know if that would have gone over very well here. People are still sensative about the OI survived Katrina t-shirts.
I think it is a cute idea too though. :grr:
