NHC truly does an outstanding job. The United States is really privileged to have such talented and dedicated professionals working to help save lives.

I am with all the above opinions.They where excellent with their forecast track although intensity forecast was not perfect.

BTW--The NHC gives free tours of their facilities during the offseason. They do them during the lunch hour time frame and you only need to call ahead and schedule the tour. The group can be up to 25 people. So, if you are ever in Miami for a visit when it isn't hurricane season, drop by and see the place and take the tour. I haven't taken the tour, but, I'd love to do it...I've heard it is about a 40 minute tour.

Thank you for the great season you had this year Ladies and Gentleman down there in Miami. You guys deserve a warm hand for all the hard work and sleepless nights you all went through the last 6 months. Thanks for keeping us all ahead of the storm.
