Update on the TalkinTropics Program

The good news is that my power came back on after 12 days (yes 12 days) and that there was no significant damage to my property and the family is OK etc.

The bad news is that I continue to be without any access to the internet from home as phone lines and cable lines continue to be down in my neighborhood...so therefore no way to update any websites...or to actually conduct the show generally done on Thursday.

I no longer remain optimistic that I will have any connection to the net when I get home so it looks like I won't be able to do a show for the 3rd week in a row. However...if I ever am able to connect to the net the show will be back. I am mulling some format changes...heck...after 2 weeks in the dark and no internet access I have had a lot of time for thinking. So if you have any ideas comments questions or thoughts on what can be done better...now is the time to get any suggestions to me.

Anyway...my access to computers is limited so I will continue to be slow to respond to emails and PM's until things get back to normal...but from what I understand Charlie Wilson and Matt will continue to run some programming on Thursday nights until I can get connected back to the Matrix. I hope to be back soon…

Good here... we were lucky here only out of power and internet for 8 days here. Anyway you do a great job with the show and maybe you could have a couple of callers during it.
