neg. enso conditions beyond 6 months?

lately iv been hearing that we can expect neg. enso conditions for the next 6-8 months. when will we know about next summer? are sst's still on the high side?

Last thursday NOAA came out with an update of ENSO for 6-9 months.At link below is the thread that was posted last thursday about it.
