My outlook for Tommorow Through Monday..Map included!

#1 Postby Guest » Thu May 22, 2003 1:14 am

Well it shapes up to be a Wet,Cool,Windy next couple of days in the East while places in the sw from Tx on west looks to be sunny and Hot with temps from the 90s into the 100s in the desert areas of S.CA and AZ......Vegas as well will be around the 100 degree mark........The central plaines looks to be PT.Cloudy with scattered showers about and temps ranging from the 70s to the 80s..........The Midwest,Ohio Valley looks to be cool with temps in the 60s to the 70s and a chance of showers for Ohio,Michigan and Eastern KY just about everyday from Friday on...........Hopefully Central and southern Fla will get some much needed decent rains from the system in the east............My main concern right now is the very high flood threat that exist in the Carolinas, and NE GA where a ton of rain could fall..........And for those of you thinking about heading out in the water the water Temps are ranging from the upper 40s and low 50s from the NY/NJ line north......And in the 50s from the NY/NJ line south to the Va/NC boarder........Areas along the outer banks are seeing water temps in the 60s while south of there to the Palm Beach area of Florida have water temps in the 70s.........Palm Beach,FLA south and around the Gulf coast side of Fla to TX have water temps around 80 degrees...............Below is my forecast map for the weekend with added details.......Any comments are more then welcome :) ...............I hope everyone has a nice weekend! :D

Well, you won't hear me asking "Where's the rain?" It will be falling from the sky for the next week. I would rather have this than a serious drought, so I will take it.

You will indeed, buddy! I'll be here mornings (when I get up). And that's the way KY is working now, so I'll need to get used to it, LOL!
JCT, I probably wouldn't complain if I were in your situation.

This is part of the AFD from ILN:

A COOL...PARTLY CLOUDY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY TREND THEN DEVELOPS OVER THE
WEEKEND...CONTINUING INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. S/WVS ROTATING AROUND
THE UPR CLOSED LOW FROM TIME TO TIME MAY PRODUCE SOME LIGHT
SPRINKLES/LIGHT SHOWERS OVER ALL BUT THE EXTREME SW QUARTER OF THE
FCST AREA. BELIEVE MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND SHOULD NOT BE A WASH OUT DO
TO THE SPOTTY...LIGHT INTENSITY OF THE EXPECTED SHOWER ACTIVITY.

Yea rock its pretty much the same forecast for me with scattered showers possible everyday this weekend.......But areas in the Se just may get a little bit more sun then was thaught yesterday with mainly scattered Showers and Thunderstorms..........It still looks cool for my area with temps expected to be mainly in the 50s to the 60s...............The west still looks to be baking with temps in the 90s to 100s in the desert areas od CA and AZ only the immediate coastal areas will escape the heat........

I was surprised when that forecast came out... Now rain is back in the f'cast for Sunday... it's only a 30% chance though. BTW... the concrete is down on the floor of our pool now, should be ready for use June 1st.

This is my forecast severe thunderstorm probabilities for tomorrow. I am for the most part agreeing with the SPC. However, I do not believe that the probabilities will extend as far north as NE, and have thus cut it back slightly.
